By inspiring and enabling a new learning experience for the 21st century, Samsung School spreads our vision to enrich people’s lives worldwide.

Since various stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and governments, have different priorities and varying levels of digital experience, our designers utilized diverse Service Design methodologies to identify the needs, expectations and values for an integrated education solution. Initially, designers arranged in-depth interviews and discussion with all stakeholders, and we invited them to participate in a co-creative process of concept creation and prototyping to develop the solution. By collecting real-time feedback from the education community, designers were able to iterate and tailor this new interactive teaching and learning model to help teachers engage students and manage classes effectively.

Samsung School is an interactive learning experience that is approachable and efficient for teachers, who can guide and manage students effectively with tools like Lesson Toolbar and Screen Monitoring. Additionally, it is collaborative and engaging for students, offering a new learning mode in a format that is familiar and entertaining, yet constructive. For example, Quiz & Poll and Group Activities allow students to proactively participate and nurture skillsets needed for the 21st century while having fun. With such an innovative, human-centric approach, Samsung reinforces the brand message and demonstrates successful commitment to creating new value to enhance lives and society.
