Description

The values offered by the SUBARU brand are “confidence and pleasure.”

This video is packed with grownup playfulness and showcases the brand’s “pleasure.”

A serious face-off between a radio-controlled new-model WRX STI specifically designed for the 24 Hours Nurburgring endurance race and custom-made with a 3D printer versus an exciting, speedy device called stick bomb. The course was built inside a studio, and the sequence was shot live action for realistic drama and tension.

In the end, there is no loser or winner, and the checkered flag is waved at both competitors of the serious one-on-one race. The radio-controlled WRX STI makes a jubilant donut maneuver while the sticks of the stick bomb rest ruefully scattered on the floor. This indeed is the message of the video—the sense of exaltation inspired by the SUBARU brand’s “pleasure.”
