Execution

The Triumph Fit Finder is an online tool that helps women discover their perfect fit. Featured on Facebook and Triumph.com, we showcased Triumph fits through short videos and simple explanations, giving users the chance to book a free in-store fitting. The application was a tool that sympathised with the subject matter and was not a hard sell. We focused on product close-ups and details in a way women could relate to.

The app is now live in 26 markets and the bespoke CMS links offline and online operations with over 800 stores having a unique log in to accept appointments.

Outcome

Hungary and Poland were the first markets to launch the Fit Finder; in the first three weeks the app had over 12,000 users. 1,390 appointments have been made so far with an attendance rate of almost 70%, and most importantly a conversation to sale of over 60% - which is 4x higher than their best performing stores. In these two markets alone the Fit Finder paid for itself within the first week and continues to drive women instore.

The campaign has resulted in a big boost in sentiment with a flood of thank yous and endorsements on market Facebook pages.
