One small click: that's all it takes. It’s the difference between life and death. Between action and indifference. Between a lack of supplies and that one small thing that can save a child's life. That became the simple idea behind this film for Doctors Without Borders, which encourages viewers to make that tiny difference—and “click”.

All the sound was added in post and was originally composed for the film. The director felt it was particularly important for the clicking sounds to have specific locations inside the tent, which came about thanks to judicious use of reverb and left/right channels in the mix.
