Tell the jury about the art direction.

Staatliches Bauhaus taught us that less is more, the new human being must be served through applied art, production must be fast and inexpensive, the language must be clear and purified, of almost ornamental absence, translated into elementary geometric forms, combining simplicity with detachment. And this was our reference for creating the IDverse.

The symbols were designed using graphic intelligence combining different elements to create new symbols whenever necessary.

The square represents diseases and conditions. Blood-related situations is the circle. Allergies are the triangle. Risks are the pentagon. Will and dispositions are the star. These elements, combined with other elements representing each system of the body, gave rise to all symbols. Example Asthma: square + element that defines the respiratory system.

Brazil has a Health Regulatory Agency, ANVISA, which is equivalent to the FDA. OTC products can advertise directly to consumers, but encouraging consumption is not allowed as a call to action. When there is the need to mobilize patients for treatment, brands can create unbranded disease awareness campaigns.

Describe the target audience and why your work is relevant to them.

IDverse’s available to health care professionals and patients. It works inside and outside the hospital. Inside the hospital, doctors and nurses can offer better assistance, since they’ve better information about the patient. Outside, brands can help consumers put their health awareness on full display, guiding them to share lifesaving information.
