Getting kids to prioritize their health with a radio show sounds quaint at best and stodgy at worst. For basically as long as people have been around, they’ve been hopping in boats to go on adventures. When you’re on a boat, you’re a sailor … and when you’re a sailor, the special words you use to talk about your boat are called “NAUTICAL” terms. Nautical means a word is about sailing … or the sea.

Switch to the other side of the top of your mouth and make sure to brush those front teeth too.
