Disney+ had been one of the most anticipated streaming service debuts in years, providing access to decades of childhood favorites alongside new original films. So as the network that gives you more, Verizon entered an exclusive partnership during the holiday season, making sure any Verizon Wireless Unlimited plan customer got their first year of Disney+ for free.

The response was huge and customers couldn’t have been happier.

So to mark the occasion in the spirit of the holidays, we dove into the enormous archive of Disney+ properties past and present (including Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and more) to create a #DisneyPlusOnVerizon social video to remind us all that the magic you feel when you give is a tale as old as time.

Footage was selected from one of the largest film archives in popular culture, one reaching back to the beginnings of animation to the most recent streaming epics and governed by strict licensing limitations across countless IP holders, live-action talent, and more.
