EntrySummary
In Japan when two people meet they do the traditional bow as a sign of respect towards the other person. The younger person tends to bow deeper and longer than the older or socially more “important” person.
Additionally, there is a specific hiring season in Japan when all major companies simultaneously hire for entry level positions, and thus thousands of graduating Japanese college students are consumed with the job search. While attending formal recruitment events and group job interviews, it is expected – and vitally important - that all candidates are impeccably dressed in the traditional recruitment uniform, composed of dark suit and black shoes. These unwritten rules around their appearance do not allow the applicants to stand out. But thanks to KIWI® Quality Shoe Care, they have an opportunity to make a brilliant first impression in a situation where it’s crucial for them to do so.
