Why is this work relevant for Creative B2B?

​​'Good Ideas Deserves To Be Found' is Meta's most successful campaign to support Small Businesses. It reached hundreds of millions of businesses worldwide, with a record in engagement and incremental revenue.

The Invisible Businesses films are more than ads; but also a quick tutorial about Meta's Ad Solutions. A universal, simple demonstration that there are a lot of opportunities out there. All businesses need to do is to become visible to their customers and consumers.

Background

After a 40-year decline in entrepreneurship, millions of people started new businesses, and the demand for digital education, tools, and skills is at its highest moment for the category.

We had to put Meta at the center of this audience as the enabler for growth with accessible and easy ways to promote, advertise, engage, sell, and generate loyalty for small businesses.

Describe the creative idea

We turned our product (interface) into a portal that makes visible the small businesses that are often invisible to many customers, as they don't always have access to the same tools as the big brands. We showed that with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, they could be found and interact with their audience.

Describe the strategy

We needed a full-funnel campaign that could prove our ad products' simplicity and effectiveness, from awareness to advocacy. In fact, they are already part of our audience's lives.

Small business owners are not specialists in social marketing or e-commerce and usually only have a little time to learn. Having the product's value at the center of the idea was essential: when you're small, the first thing you need to be is visible - and that's easy.

Describe the execution

We used real businesses from each market and a universal metaphor: our products are a window to make your business visible. The campaign lasted six months in 20+ markets, with 90+ executions translated into 17 languages.

Good Ideas Deserve To Be Found is Meta's most successful business campaign ever, reaching 26 Million business on platform and with metrics like ROI and revenue exceeding their expectations and benchmarks up to 10x in most of our 20 key markets.
