BriefExplanation
Parents know family vacations are important. Yet, they still don’t take them. So how do you convince busy, working parents to actually book a family vacation? You don’t. You let their kids do it instead.
For the first time ever, JetBlue’s Little Tickets gave kids the power to plan a family vacation.
In the film, a travel agent sits down with a variety of children and helps them plan their ideal family vacation. Asking the kids about possible destinations they’d like to visit, amenities desired in a hotel, and activities they would like to plan while on vacation.
Then the travel agent sold these kids their ideal family vacation for a price they could afford.
Literally. Whatever they could afford. To remind parents that a little time together can go a long way.
EntrySummary
In the U.S. market, it’s very common for adults to not utilize all their vacation days. Unfortunately, one of the downsides of doing so is that families ultimately miss out on quality time they get to spend together–free of work, school, and activities—which is very important to creating long-lasting family memories. In fact, most families say their best memories together happen on vacation. So we aimed to prove just how important they are, by putting kids in charge.
