Fedex not only send packages, but also, they try to do it in the easiest way possible for its costumers. They want to demonstrate their reliable service in a different way and they challenge the agency to create an impactful activation. That’s why we decided to show it with an interactive idea in an original use of media.
The Package Radio used two different stations to show how fast and easy is to send a package with Fedex.
Effectiveness
To prove that Fedex sends whatever you want extremely fast and easy, we decided to show it with an interactive idea in an original use of media, and that’s what made people remember Fedex every time they wanted to send something. During the months the activation took place, Fedex increased their number of orders and new costumers were able to experience the Fedex service. From now on, they can rely on Fedex to send their packages.
Execution
The media implementation was a big challenge because the two radio stations where the spots were aired had to work seamlessly. The timing should be perfect to make the idea work. Not only Fedex and the agency had to work with the stations, but also the stations had to work with each other to follow the schedule.
Strategy
Everyone wants to send their packages as quick as possible.Fedex want to prove to all these people that they have the best service to do it. And the best way to approach this broad target is in an innovative way, that’s why we created: the Package Radio; it exemplifies how quick and easy it’s to send anything using Fedex.
