The actual target market for Vegemite is here on home soil in Australia, so running an ad in the UK’s Daily Mirror seems peculiar. Unless, of course, running an ad in that market was designed to ruffle feathers and create an international slinging match between the two countries, during one of the biggest sporting events on their calendars.
