The film speaks to what some couples face everyday in their relationships and further addresses how no one can seem to agree on anything during the past couple of years; especially dealing with the stress of life itself including political tensions, learning how to navigate life during the pandemic, and cultural differences.

We Cry Together is a film that displays the raw journey of one couple’s domestic life. The film features Taylour Paige and Kendrick Lamar. The short film was shot in a single take with live vocals in March 2020.

The film is shot in a single take where the camera is moving around Taylour and Kendrick in the room. Later as the camera pulls back to reveal we were on set the entire time.
