We had to launch a technical feature in an entertaining way for our global users that made this very technical privacy feature feel like a positive and uplifting one. While our creative insight and idea was about elements leaving the WhatsApp UI, we had to make it lighthearted and comedic and music and original song became to the tool to do that in an entertaining way.
