The car park market in Barcelona today is an opportunity. People need a car park, but the facilities on offer are very expensive, and prices are going up day by day. The parking space needs to be close to the workplace, spacious, clean, and safe. Nuñez y Navarro can offer this type of facility and wants to rent a quality product. In addition, NYN has car parks open to the públic all over the city that are not well known.
CampaignDescription
Fill the free parking spaces of the NYN car parks in the metropolitan area and to promote cross-selling for NYN public parking facilities. A mailing was sent to businesses in the areas near the car parks that we wanted to fill. The mailing consisted of a box. As they opened the box they found a miniature car. If they followed the instructions they would find that when they opened the box again the car had disappeared. In its place was a card that described the promotion: by hiring 5 parking spaces they would receive 50 hours free parking in NYN public car parks.
Outcome
Mailing Capture (436 contacts). Interested: 76 (17.43%). New Clients: 25 (5.71%). Conversion Index: 32 (89%).
