BriefExplanation
Nowadays, people want to be able to work anytime, anyplace, anywhere via remote access and mobile devices. Unfortunately their current email systems weren’t designed for this. And their IT manager has had to bolt on and patch up their current system to provide an improvised solution.
We were asked to inform IT Managers that Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 is designed for remote and mobile access - so it would make their life simpler.
CampaignDescription
We sent IT Managers a graphic demonstration of the problem that they currently faced with their system. The envelope had been "patched together" and the letter had all the benefits of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 "bolted" and "patched" on to it.We delivered 5,627 packs and 3,829 emails to companies with 250+ PCs. A proportion of the customers who were sent the mail pack also received an outbound telemarketing follow-up call.
Outcome
So far, we have generated 76 qualified leads worth an estimated £541,230 in projected revenue. At the time of writing, 190 people have also already registered to attend an event that will showcase the product, and 131 people have registered on the site to receive a DVD for more information.
