The Internet is evolving. Taking those last few months a more immersive and physical form (Metaverse). Quoting this new physical form of the Internet, this highly metaphorical and choreographed film is using the notorious Trust Fall exercise (a physical expression of trust) as a concept to make the audience dive into a unique entertainment piece that carry our telecommunication brand’s vision.

Through the story of a young woman in a metaverse world (reinterpreted in a real-life way), the film takes us in a journey toward confidence. First petrified to engage in the Trust Fall exercise, our main character gradually gains in confidence in this world through contact with a kindly community. Until she feels completely free to perform exalted trust falls in this metaverse land where everything is physically possible. A journey that conveys the amazing feeling of freedom that one can experience when navigating in a trustworthy digital environment.

Those last few months, the Internet has taken a more immersive and physical form (metaverse, avatars, virtual fashion…). An evolution which brings big expectations and opportunities but also a lot of uncertainties and fears: online harassment made even worst in VR/ inequalities becoming physically visible through the skins commerce system/ facial (and so security) data collected…etc

The Trust Fall exercise pictured in the film is a notorious and quite old fashioned team building exercise from the corporate world. One employee has to fall backward in the arms of other coworkers to show the trust they can have in each other. The film is using this Trust Fall exercise as a core concept, exalting it in a Metaverse world to make us think how fulfilling Internet can be if we make it a trustworthy place.
