We begin by hearing a shooting that thought the radio transforms into a tap dancing performance. We then hear an announcer describe how the arts can positively affect at-risk-kids.

Santa Ana, California has communities with limited educational resources where children can’t reach their full potential. Their reality is that of poverty, crime and lack of opportunities. Oasis Center International (a non-profit) provides after school programs to positively impact “at-risk” youth through the teaching of art to keep children motivated, inspired and away from bad influences.

SFX:

The spot starts with sound effects of gun shots. There’s a shooting going on in the street. Then those SFX will transform into tap dance sound effects. When the performance is over we hear claps from the audience.
