The piece shows a damaged car and invites users to dial the Itau Insurance telephone number. Each time a number key on the keyboard is pressed, one of the dents and scratches disappears. When the user finishes dialing the Itau Insurance phone number, the car is completely fixed. The purpose here is to prove the efficiency of Itau Insurance's Rapid Claims Center.
