We created The Heart Beat Pillow: pillows that played the heartbeat of the mother of every single baby placed inside the incubators so they could feel close to their mother every second. This way we solved a problem between our users and showed that we really care about them.

ClientBriefOrObjective

Farmatodo Baby Care needed to create a campaign to show that they care about of mothers and their babies. That's why we focused on a premature newborns and their mothers. The strongest bond there is between a mother and a newborn is her heartbeat, but when this babies are sick or premature they can't be between her arms for moths. That's why we created The Heart Beat Pillow: pillows that played the heartbeat of the mother of every single baby placed inside the incubators so they could feel close to their mother every second.

Outcome

In just one month we managed to replicate the action in 15 different hospitals that loved our initiative and we got to make part of the official newborn treatment program. but most importantly we allowed newborns and their mothers to be close when it seemed impossible, something that really changed their lives during several months.
