BriefExplanation
Research shows that using a mobile phone while driving is just as dangerous as driving drunk. In Norway we have tough laws on driving under the influence (zero limit) and there is very low public acceptance for drunk drivers. At the same time, Norwegians don't seem to care about the dangers of using their mobile phone whilst driving.
We see a woman driving a car. We hear the sound of a mobile phone ringing. After some fumbling to find what we expect is a phone, she pulls up a bottle of alcohol. She stops the ringing tone by twisting of the cap, before she puts it to her mouth and start drinking. The screen goes to black, and the message appears: Using your phone when driving is just as dangerous as driving drunk. Norwegian Council for Road Safety.
