Thierry Henry travels through time, appearing and participating in the most memorable moments of premier league’s 23 year history explaining why the premier league is the best league in the world.

All the shots used in the TVC are considered to be truly memorable moments in English football. With a heap of international stars, Cantona, Rooney, Klinsmann etc.

Electric Theatre were required to composite modern day Thierry Henry delivering his chosen lines into original archive football footage. This required tracking each shot in CG to create a 3D camera move which was fed into a motion control camera. We then took a light study of each shot noting time of day, sun angle and weather conditions. This light study was then recreated on location.

All the shots were then brought back to Electric and we composited each scene, carefully matching the original archive colour space and matching any digital degradation.
