Write a short summary of what happens in the film.
Staying true to the Burberry spirit, the film follows an (impeccably dressed) quartet dance through the streets; each step taken choreographed by renown collective (LA) HORDE and creatively written and imagined by Megaforce through Riff Raff. The new campaign celebrates the brand’s history, as the dancers brave an ice storm, dressed in weatherproof clothing inspired by the founder, Thomas Burberry’s iconic collections.
The unpredictable British weather is exaggerated in an ice-rock scene, which we brought to life. The scene begins outside a Turkish grill, before the viewer is taken full throttle into a storm that sees the dancers interacting with the ice. The film concludes as our dancer runs joyfully into the sea, before falling back in ecstasy.

Tell the jury about the colour grading.
The brief overall was to enhance the winter light of London to give it a velvety look and feel, whilst also keeping the look of the ice shiny and sharp.
We experimented with different types of contrast and the level of brightness, but the main challenge was making sure we hit the right level of darkness, whilst ensuring the iconic Burberry clothes colours remained authentic. All dancers were also wearing some form of black clothing, therefore it was important to show those details without losing the depth of the image.
The colours on screen needed to be naturalistic, therefore we put a very subtle creamy hue into it, which made the ice stand out on screen, and the blue and white tones connect with the final sea scene.
