- The implementation of this app, the Väesen TVs helped the brand to position itself as the favorite brand of families and to encourage family union in households.

- 5,000 limited edition TVs where sold in record time.

- Movies, TV shows, games and premium content from two of the largest cable operators of digital TV in Guatemala were unlocked by many households enjoying thousands of hours of entertainment.

Execution

Every day is harder to see a family gathered in front of a TV, with new lifestyles and proliferation of devices make it that even when families are together at home, everyone is on their devices individually, losing moments of personal contact.

Television since its invention has been the center of family entertainment, so we went back to the root of its breakthrough and created an idea that allowed enjoying premium content free in Väesen smart TVs from two of the biggest cable operators in Guatemala, all the family needed was watching TV together.

A limited edition of 5000 Väesen smart TVs allowed hundreds of families to enjoy thousands of hours of family entertainment and took TV back to its original role as centre of family union.

Strategy

Technology is integrated into different devices in order to simplify life inside and outside home, an example of this is the rise of innovations in smart TVs that takes family entertainment a step forward, Väesen is a pioneer brand of televisions that integrates the operating system of Android on its devices, allowing users to have a complete digital experience at their homes.

In a world where big brands only care about improving technology, making society more individualistic, Väesen wanted to place itself as the brand of families, motivating union in house wholes.
