Write a short summary of what happens in the film.
The Modern Emulsion campaign was designed to show that Farrow & Ball aren't lofty and removed from everyday life. Far from it. They get it. Painting a house is stressful. All of a sudden, your family and friends, the people you want to impress, even your own husband and his motorbike, become the wine spilling, muddy dog bringing, oily hand wielding enemy to your lovely new walls. But now, you can relax. Because Modern Emulsion is wipeable and washable. The campaign was Farrow & Ball's most successful campaign to date with a double-digit sales spike and dramatically improved brand metrics.

Farrow & Ball Film Script: ‘Contract’ 60”
We’re in the hallway of a beautifully painted home. The doorbell rings and Sue, a mum in her late thirties goes to welcome her daughter’s sweet little friend, Milly (age 5).
Milly’s been dropped off for a playdate, we notice her mum outside by the car. Inside, we hear a faint cartoon playing somewhere in the background.
Sue warmly gestures for Milly to enter the house. SUE: Hi Milly!
MILLY: Hi.
SUE: Come in.
As the girl enters, Sue swiftly guides her to a little side table near the front door.
Speaking softly with a kind and gentle demeanour Sue taps her hand on a neat and formal looking legal document. Her calm, jovial exterior barely conceals the palpable concern she’s feeling for her beautiful décor.
SUE: Oh, err just before you go through, erm, here’s a little contract, just to say, if the paintwork is damaged in any way by you over the course of this playdate, you know; flicked ketchup, sprayed squeezy yoghurts, general fluids actually, any kind of negligence, really, on your part, that you or your representative, Carol...
Sue gestures towards the open door where we previously saw Milly’s mum, Carol, getting things from the boot of her car. Milly looks a little confused.
...will pay in full for the redecoration of aforementioned walls, or face possible legal action.
The bewildered little girl hasn’t got a clue what’s going on as Sue calmly hands her a brightly coloured pencil.
SUE: If you could just pop your name on there darling... It’s legally binding.
Sue silently mouths out the letters ‘M.I.L.L.Y’ as the little girl slowly writes her name. Once the contract is signed a look of relief spreads across Sue’s face. With a cheery demeanour she turns and calls upstairs to her own daughter.
SUE: Alice. Milly’s here.
As this scene draws to a close the our super appears over the footage of Sue.
SUPER: RELAX, IT’S WASHABLE & WIPEABLE
Cut to end-card.We see a beautifully painted wall featuring a splat of tomato ketchup. A hand enters frame and effortlessly wipes the ketchup.
