DJ's love to talk. So to promote the season premiere of Secret Diary of a Call Girl we gave them something well worth talking about. A high class, S&M savvy call girl working from a bedroom directly opposite their studio window. Of course they couldn't help but broadcast their saucy observations to the world and as predicted other stations immediately picked up on the story. Then on premiere night with public interest at its peak our 'actress' slowly closed the blinds on her eager audience and revealed this message: Secret Diary of a Call Girl - 9:35 Tonight on Prime.

INTRO: How we turned a brief for a 30 second radio ad into a national radio campaign.

SFX: STATIC

HOWARD STERN: I mean I don't like the guy at all, cos he's a cock sucking dick.

RYAN SEACREST: He's a good guy,

FEMALE DJ: Yeah,

RYAN SEACREST: He put a blueberry down there once,

FEMALE DJ: Oh nice.

RYAN SEACREST: Yeah he's a chef.

KYLE SANDILANDS: We're going to look back at some of the classic all time practical jokes we played on people.

OPIE AND ANTHONY: Holy shit dude, turn to page five, this chick's smoking (LAUGHTER).

ANNCR: DJ's love to talk, so to promote the season premiere of hit show, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, we gave them something worth talking about. First we found a leading radio station with a commanding view of a neighbouring home's bedroom window.

SFX: STATIC

DJ 1: We should point out the studio window overlooks a residential street.

DJ 2: The closest ah...window, to where we work.

DJ 1: And this is from the studio looking kind of directly into someone's bedroom window.

DJ 2: Directly.

ANNCR: A window which for three successive nights, during peak drive time radio, held host to our actress as she engaged in risqué call girl like behavior with her clients.

DJ 1: Oh my God (LAUGHTER).

ANNCR: Day one, and an eye catching event unfolds in full view of our intrigued audience who wasted no time in letting the world know.

DJ 2: She's wearing a black brassiere, with ah ah ah what looks like a pair of, well, a g-string. You know how sometimes you walk past a lingerie store and you see a mannequin and its wearing odd stuff and you go, 'who the hell would wear that'? Call girls, that's who wear it.

ANNCR: We revealed all as our actress paused in her saucy endeavors and closed the bedroom blinds on her eager audience. Printed on those blinds was a simple message. Secret Diary of a Call Girl, 9.35 tonight, on Prime.

FEMALE DJ: What in the?

DJ 1: ...Rigghhhht, I see. (LAUGHTER) You may have heard us talking over the last few days about umm, activities that seem to be going on next door, and, it turns out that ah it was all a big ruse..

FEMALE DJ: Yeah...

DJ 1: And that it was in fact an advertisement for a new show coming out on Prime...

FEMALE DJ: Brought to you by the new season of Secret Diary of a Call Girl on at your house, 9.35 tonight on Prime..

DJ 1: That is amazing, that is amazing. That is very cleverly done.

ANNCR: The end results were impressive, not only did we get radio DJ's nationwide to unwittingly create us a free 72 hour radio ad, but, we captured the furtive imaginations of countless listeners, and generated thousands of tweets and Facebook posts, helping make Secret Diary of a Call Girl the most talked about premier of the year.

DJ 1: Shes whipping him now, oh there she goes, ooooohh (LAUGHTER).
