The spot opens on a ticking metronome. The camera pans to show that we are underneath a stadium with Louis Badillo Jr., standing still. He closes his eyes and envisions himself moving, and we see that he is wearing Reebok Flexweaves. He begins to run, and we see various cuts of him running and moving his feet in quick succession. Soon, color begins to explode from the staircases he is running on. He runs through water, through obstacles, and down a hallway where color continues to explode from the ground. He encounters a drummer, who pauses with Badillo, then picks up the pace as Badillo continues to run. Badillo continues through various settings quickly cut together, as we see the words "Engineered to Perform" explode one at a time. The spot ends with another shot of the flexweaves jumping into a white powder that turns to red.
