Chile is one of the most backward countries on issues regarding homophobic discrimination and it’s legislation.

On March 28th of 2011, Daniel Zamudio, an homosexual boy, died after being beaten to death by an homophobic group, giving cause for to the first law against sexual discrimination: The Zamudio Law.

Since that day, several organizations fight for homosexuals’ integration in a country that stills discriminates in several ways. Todo Mejora Foundation wanted to do a campaign that could shake the whole country. Changing one word could change a reality.

MUM: Kids! Dinner is ready!

(GIRL: Mum, I don’t want tomato.)

DAD: The steak is ready.

MUM: Don’t be fussy dear, eat only a little bit.

DAD: Who likes it rare?

MUM: Me! I prefer it rare!

SFX: JUICE POURING

BOY: Dad…the thing is…I think I'm…happy.

DAD: (LAUGHS)…what? What did you just say? That you think you’re happy?

MUM: Girls! Girls go inside!

GIRL: But Mum…why?

MUM: Because I say so!

DAD: But how is this possible, God dammit!

GIRL: But Mum why are they arguing?

DAD: Girls, stay inside!

MUM: Son! Please! How can you tell us that you’re happy, dear! Are you sure of what you’re saying? It can’t be!

DAD: Tell me! What did we do wrong, God dammit? Lack of education? What was it, God dammit? Son of a…!

MUM: This can’t be! How can you tell me that you’re happy!

DAD: Look what you’re doing to your mother! Do you want to leave her like that?

MUM: But we did it all wrong! You did it wrong! I did it wrong! At least admit your fault!

DAD: This isn't my fault! We’ve always been caring of him! Don’t blame it on me!

MUM: Honey, please understand, honey please!

DAD: And he comes up saying he’s happy God dammit! Please!

MUM: My God!

DAD: You’re going to ruin our lives! You’re going to ruin my life, and your Mother’s, and your Sister’s. Look the example you’re giving!

MUM: I don’t think I can take this no longer. I just can’t take it. I don’t know if I’ll be able to look at your face again.

DAD: Get the hell out of my sight right now! I will not tolerate this damn thing!

PAPÁ: ¿A quién le gusta roja?

(NIÑA: Pero si no me gusta el tomate.)

MAMÁ: ¡Yo! ¡Yo la prefiero rojita!

PAPÁ: ¿A ti te gusta? ¿Camilita? ¿te gusta roja?

(MAMÁ: ¿Quiere jugo mi amor?)

PAPÁ: Ya. Este es para la Camila

NIÑO: Papá…

(MAMÁ: ¿Qué quiere? ¿Lechuga? ¿No? ¿Sí? Ya, yo le sirvo.)
