Our radio 'brought to life' the family car, by turning it into a character (voiced by an Emmy Award winning kids show voice over).

The car then introduced the passengers to 'The Toddler Driving Test' - a friendly and approachable first-of-it's kind diagnosis tool for autism in children from 12 months.

The 60 second audio quiz helps parents check for early signs of autism. It was played during daycare school pick up and drop off times.

The test instructs parents to give their child simple tasks (like waving hello or calling out the child's name) which check signs like eye contact, name recognition, cognitive engagement & social awareness.

If toddlers didn’t respond as expected, parents were directed to a website, gently educated about autism, and encouraged to book a diagnostic test.

You see, it’s very important for both cars AND people to get a little check to make sure we’ve got everything we need for the road ahead. But we’re going to need a little help from the big person in the front.

Big Person, if it’s safe to do so, look at our little one in my rear view mirror and say their name.

Did you look up? Okay!

Big Person, say "beep beep", and see if they will copy you.
