Using the potency of nostalgia, we ask our audience to remember life through the eyes of a child. Running across Portuguese TV, we use a child’s voice to tell a story of how inspiring the world seemed is when you are a child and how you live to play outside. The film closes with an impactful statement and asks our parents to have faith in outdoor adventures and give our children back the freedom that we once had.

Over recent years, the lack of outdoor freedom today’s children have consistently reappears in today’s media – locally and globally. We know that more than half of today’s children only step outside once a day to play. Children are increasingly choosing ‘screens’ over ‘adventure’s’ and whilst parents become more fearful of the world’s problems, our children still need to learn how to develop in the outside world.
