An intense portrayal of a refugee who made his way from Afghanistan to Germany. The voice of an unseen narrator talks in German about fragments of his escape story. The story is backed by inverted film material. After every passage, he adds the soft skills that he gained from these experiences. The message: Soft skills can come the hard way. At the end of the film, we see him sitting at a table in a job interview situation. Emphasizing his high motivation to work in Germany.

Since 2015, over 1.2 million refugees have entered Germany. Though politics and the industry have made big promises, the biggest stock-listed companies only employed 4 refugees even though work is the best way to a successful integration. Three years later, as the public had lost interest in this topic, we brought it up again.
