Our task was to develop a corporate design for Simperience – a flight simulator made up of original Airbus components – including print material, business cards and CD-ROMs.
ClientBriefOrObjective
The main challenge entailed creating a visual that immediately connected the Corporate Design with the connotation of an Airbus in the consumers’ minds.
Effectiveness
The distribution of business cards and promotional CD-ROMs at an Austrian game fair resulted in immediate expressions of interest: within 2 months, more than 150 prospects called the info hotline.
Execution
After some attempts we realised, that the windscreen is the perfect distinguishing characteristic of an Airbus. However, as a logo it worked best when placed in a circular surrounding in order to convey the impression of an actual plane. This insight gave birth to the oval business card.
