Tell the jury about the typography.
We were asked to launch an insurance start-up aimed at a younger demographic. The product offered month-to-month flexible cover, rather than traditional 12 month policies. We had the rare opportunity to create a whole brand experience from scratch, from the name and identity, to the online experience and launch campaign.
In digital OOH we used a typographic approach to not only communicate our new platform idea, ‘flexible car insurance that rolls the way you do’, but to embody the flexible promise of the brand, through dynamic and ever changing motion.
We created a customised, variable typeface to ensure the motion and animation didn’t affect the aesthetic or craft of the typesetting.
