We executed the first ever Actionable Audio campaign that directly links to an Amazon order, positioning audio as a channel to directly drive sales. The advert was targeted at people who we knew were listening to radio on an Alexa.
The ad is delivered by an AI voice to give the impression the device is speaking, we helped this by starting the ad with a weather update in the style of Alexa. It’s not an ordinary weather update though, it has a surprise twist. Whilst describing the wintery weather, the device yawns surprising the listener. The device then apologises for being a bit overtired, blaming the dreary weather. Afterwards it suggests that ‘if you’re feeling the same way, you should try Berocca.’ The ad resolves by giving users the ability to purchase Berocca Boost just by asking their device.
