We take an intimate trip through Britain at a local level. Touching on the events and stories the BBC cover that are closer to home than world news but no less important for being so. The result being a warm visual tapestry to remind the public that BBC Local News helps them feel more connected to the places they live.

To increase the sense of “local” the spots were bespoke edited for each of the 12 BBC Local News regions so that they featured only landmarks that are geography local to the area.
