A short story of a boy and a girl. They don´t know each other, but they are connected in a very particular way. Both stories are told using anagrams, words made of the same letters, showing that there´s actually magic in these words.

She lives in Tokyo.

He lives in Kyoto.

She's a cab driver.

He's a crab diver.

Lately, she's been thinking she might be forever alone.

And he feels as cold and dull as a veneer floor.

She longs to hear her ex's warm voice.

Whilst he stares at the microwave remembering his ex's lasagne.

Tired of her failed dates, she buys a stunning bra.

And by burning ants, he thinks of his tiny existence.

They both try therapy.

She visits Doctor Koyshiro.

He visits Doctor O'Yorkish.

But nothing works.

Until one day, her friend Dolly Dylan invites her to a costume party.

Dolly is a friend of Lynda Lloyd, who in turns invites him.

She dressed up as an apple pie.

He put on a pineapple costume.

And as she stepped onto a nasty old train,

he drives miles down a tiny slant road.

Bored at the party, he decides to get something to eat.

As she walks away from a guy trying to negotiate moths.

And then, they finally meet.
