NBA star Russell Westrbook meets a cocky kid who says he is “ready to fly.” In response, Russell drags the kid through a hardcore sports training commercial, including all the typical beats, like flipping tires in a field, working out in a hot room and running sprints on a smoky court, until the kid eventually passes out cold. Spike Lee makes a cameo, razzing the young player as he works through Westbrook's grueling drills.
